It may be b/c the belt is broken. Here is one example of a video. It's pretty easy to do. If I remember correctly the difficulty of doing the procedure depends on if your lint collector is on the bottom or top of the machine. The top-mounted ones were easier:

You could probly get someone like S. Side Appliance, or Dormont Appliance to come and do that job for your for $50. I wouldn't pay anymore. The parts, and any tools you may have to buy will be much less than even $50

Sounds like a broken belt to me. This would be the belt that wraps around the drum and motor. You will need to remove the lower front cover ( 2 small screws ) and look with a flashlight to see if the belt is broken or came off of the motor pulley. Most likely it's broken. It's a pretty easy repair. the lower front panel screws are pointed towards the floor so they're kind of hidden a little at an angle.

I just replaced the fuses and thermostat and heating element in my Kenmore dryer but when I turn it on the back starts to turn red and it starts smoking ? Could wires just be crossed

That is more indicative of a fan failure. The element is supposed to get hot, but the fan blows the heat through the clothes and cools the element at the same time.

Heat is blowing out but the drum is not spining

You broughtke the belt of drum wont turn you might take the dryer apart to make sure the idler pulley is spinning free also. They sometimes get tight and burn the belt up.

Drum not spinning

Probably a broken belt or it came off the drive roller. Can you hear the motor running? Dryers are very simple, just a big drum with a belt and motor to spin it and a heating element with a thermostat for temp. Finally a fan to blow air which frequently gets clogged with lint. You can take the front off most dryers and see everything you need. Unplug it first.

Ac fan wont blow

I would disconnect the fan connector and use contact cleaner to clean the connection. Usually corrosion. Also fan might be going bad (Common Problem).

Power on but it won't spin.

You have a broken drive belt. To access the belt you have to remove the back metal cover.
The no heat problem could be a heating element or safety thermostat. These are also located under the back metal cover.

My magic chef dryer heats but will not blow air

A dryer fan is usually directly connected to the motor. If you hear the motor running, maybe the fan broke off, or the duct is really clogged.
