We at Jitterbug are dedicated to providing great service. I am part of the Jitterbug Customer Service Team, and it’s my job to make sure things like this get made right, and right away. You can email us direct at [email protected] ..
If you have the original Jitterbug you can turn up the volume with the following instructions. If you would like to turn up the ear piece volume you will have to do this while on a call. While on a call you will use the outside button to press up or down to adjust the volume of the ear piece. Please let me know if this assisted you. I look forward to hearing from you at the above address. Thank you, Debra
check if any of the wires are loose inside the thing that turns up the volume. the left and right ear wires are inside of that. i had the same problem with the right ear, all i had to do was solder the wire back on the chip.
In the shuttle area there is a silver round piece- called the shuttle
race cover. It has a black ear on the right and a black ear on the
left. Push the right ear to the right, and the left ear to the left and
the silver ring should come out. Behind the silver ring is the bobbin
case stuck in the hook. Remove that, jiggle it, move it, just work the
bobbin case out of the hook. Now put the hook back in the machine. In
the machine there is a driver that looks like a half moon. Your hook
looks like a half moon- make a full circle out of both of them.
Re-install the race cover, pushing the left ear to the right and the
right ear to the left to secure the race cover, and your problem should
be solved.

Have you tried using your X1 with an iPod or MP3 player? Try that, and if you hear sound through both sides of the headset from the MP3 player, then the problem is in the "Stereo Splitter Cable", which can be replaced. But if you only hear sound out of the left ear from the MP3 player, then the headset is probably broken and you should contact Turtle Beach tech support at [email protected].
Seems to me the speaker is just plain broken. You'll need a new one, contact your vendor for repairs, or you will have to live with using external speakers/earpieces...
Do you usually use the handsfree ear piece? Try pluggin in the handsfree ear piece and see if you can hear something. The 6515 has a known issue with the system where by the phone thinks its in handsfree ear piece mode when there isnt a ear piece plugin. Try pluging and unpluggin the ear piece until it works
