New polaride tablet need help setting up and get it so i can use it
After having this tablet in limbo for over a year now I decided to contact customer service again but by e--mail this time. First the sent me instructions to hard reset it. I needed to email them again because this unit does not have an outside volume adjustment knob, which I needed to press simultaneously with the power button for 5 seconds. To make along story short the unit is on it's way back to Southern Telecom in Brooklyn N. Y. for replacement!
