Problem with my samsung SGH-j600 phone

I gave SGH-J600 Phone to my mother, when ever i call from my phone it gives a reply "phone is busy pls, try after some time" but when i call from any other phone, i am alble to reach them. Hope some one can help me how to resolve this issue...

I have bought the phone (samsung j600)just a few days ago and have
found out that after every 12 to 13 hours i can't call anybody from my
phone also i don't receive any calls ,when anybody calls my phone they
get a reply that the phone is out of coverage area or is switched off
,also i cannot receive and send messages at that time . However once i
switch off and switch on the phone again the above problem is solved
and i start receiving calls& messages.this is happening
everytime.please guide me as to what can be done

I have a samsung SGH J600, Yesterday it got some water after that it was continuously vibreting and no desplay(only white screen),no key was working properly then i get up my battery...at evening i put the battery again ,mobile is working properly but no soft key(exposed ke/touch key there r 4 keys)is working . please help me. I have the same problem with my Samsung J600, there isn't any output sound coming from the fone at all, no music player, no voice recorder, no keypad tone, and when someone tries 2 ring me i pick up but i cant hear them and they cant hear me, this is getting beyond a nightmare. Any suggestions????????????
