Does the two-line display say "Line in use" when you try select the line, or is the indicator next to the line button lit (so to speak), or both? First, try Feature * 0 then press each line key to see if they really are assigned to lines 2 and 3... they could be other functions or multiple appearances of another line.

Inactive feature message displayed when we try to access any features on our M7310 phones. This occurred after a power outage.

Dear customer..here is the solution

Sometimes when you put a new (or alternate) voicemail system on a Norstar switch, The feature codes that accessed the old system stay in the KSU memory. If this is the case all of your feature codes will appear inactive even if the voicemail system is operating correctly.
To fix this issue you need to run an External Feature test (XFtest) to identify and remove the leftover codes from your KSU memory. You must have a programming set to access this menu (M7310, M7324, T7316).
Power down the Voicemail unit. Remove connection to voicemail ports from KSU.
1. Press [Feature] **938378 (XFtest). The password will be 266344 (Config).
2. Your display will read Feat code: and you will have options First and Exit.
3. Press First. The first stored feature code will appear, and you will have options Test, Back, and Next.
4. Press Test. Your options will read Remove and OK. Press Remove.
5. Once the feature code is removed, press Next to go to the next code.
6. Do this with all codes until your display reads None Registered
7. Release
Restore connections to the voicemail ports from the KSU. Power the system back up.
The feature codes will be restored to the correct defaults with the completion of the voicemail power-up cycle.

How can I retrieve sent email. I sent it to a wrong person

On the left hand side of your gmail window there is a sent mail link. If you click on that it will show all the mail you have ever sent. From here you can find the email you sent, open it up and copy the message from it to send to someone else. *** for getting the email message back, unfortunately that is impossible, once a message is sent there is no getting it back. Sorry.
Good Luck and vote for me if this answer helped you out. Cheers.

My parents have a Panasonic KXYG7432 phone system. They unintentionally have forwarded their calls to my sister's phone. They do not see anything in the manual that relates to call forwarding. How do...

If your parents phone line service provider is AT&T, dial 73# from your parents phone to turn call forwarding off. If they do not have AT&T, call their service provider customer service number and ask what the code is to turn call forwarding off. Call forwarding is a feature provided by the service provider and each service provider has their own proprietary codes and methods to use their features.

Another solution is to pick up on intercom and dial 4 then 2 and hang up. That is the default DND cancel code. It can be used form single line phones within the system as well.
