2007 FORD FUSION, RIGHT REAR WINDOW POWERED DOWN, THEN IMMEDIATELY WOULD NOT POWER UP AGAIN, NO NOISE, JUST DEAD. ALSO NOTICED THAT THE SWITCH IS NOT ILLUMINATED, ALL OTHERS ARE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY

If u r referring to the control box usage then that particular switch in the control box established corrosion u can clean by dismantling the unit that switch clean the contact if u r know legible however u need to test for voltage from the control box to the window motor by pressing the switch up and test for voltage at the motor and press down and test for voltage at the motor also if no power try to clean the switch contact at the control box if able or replace a used one make sure ur wiring in order and test for voltage again if voltage established plug it to the motor and switch up and down see if problem is resolved if not check for window rail alignment if ok most likely your motor is bad. Good Luck

Diagnostic Fault Information

Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle prior to using this diagnostic procedure.

Circuit/System Description

The power window system will operate any time the ignition is the ACC or RUN position. The power window system will also operate whenever the body control module (BCM) is in retained accessory power (RAP) mode. The driver power window switch contains individual window switches for each of power windows. All windows may be controlled up and down from the driver power window switch. The individual passenger power window switches will only control the up and down operation of their respective power window.
Each power window contains a reversible power window motor. The direction the window travels is dependent upon the polarity of the supply voltage. By reversing polarity of the supply voltage the window motor will move up or down. Each power window motor is internally circuit breaker protected.
Battery voltage is supplied to the power window switch through the accessory voltage supply circuit. The power window switch also receives a constant ground source. The power window motor control circuits are connected to ground through the normally closed up and down contacts of the power window switch. When the power switch is placed in the down position, the power window motor down control circuit is switched to 12 volts and is applied to the down side of the power window motor. Since the other side of the power motor is connected to ground through the normally closed contacts of the up switch, the window travels down. By placing the power window switch in the up position, the polarity of the power window motor is reversed and the window travels up.

Kenmore elite dryer 11063942101 works if I force the switch to stay in the on position but won't start by just pressing the switch. Replaced pust-to-start switch. Same problem. Vacuuming out the areas...

The problem is definitely not the motor but rather the motor relay or the electronic control. Either the motor relay is not working to close the motor circuit or the electronic control is not powering up the motor relay to serve its function.

The motor relay and the heater relay are identical and can be used interchangeably. The heater relay may be used in place of the motor relay if the dryer heats up when the start switch is held on. It indicates that the heater relay is working.

Disconnect power to the dryer then pull the end cap trims off then remove the control panel securing screws. Once the screws are removed, rotate the control panel up to the rear of the dryer.

Disconnect the wires and remove the relays then put each in the place of the other. Refer to the component layout diagram for the location of the relays.

Reconnect the wires then rotate the control panel down back into position then plug the dryer in and start it. The dryer should start and continue to run when the start switch is released since the working heater relay is used but will not heat up indicating that the motor relay is not working. Otherwise the fault is in the electronic control.

Replace the faulty component and it should address the problem. The relay (heater/motor) is part number
3405281 and the electronic control is part number W10116565.

Squeeze on the electronic control mounting bracket as shown then pull the board up to remove.

Insert the new control board and gently press it down into position. Transfer the wires from the old board to the new board one at a time.

Simply unscrew the relay to be replaced then secure the new one into position and transfer the wires.

Rotate the control panel down and secure it back into position to complete the repair.

The window on the driver's side will not go up or down and will not stay up.

Need to check power to switch - then to window motor -- to do this you have to remove drivers door panel and use and test light with the ignition switch in the on postion. With test light connected to window motor, press switch up or down , if light comes on and motor does not - replace motor - if no power at motor replace switch..

Replaced passenger side door glass. When you use

What you need to do to initialize the window is remove the window motor from the regulator. Plug it into the car by itself, then press up on the switch until it turns four times. Then hold the switch down for four turns, then put motor back into the regulator, and assemble back into the door. to make sure the motor spins correctly four times I make a tooth on the gear with a marker.

Driver window won't go down. All other windows work fine. When switch is pressed, makes a click sound.Took door panel off, all looks good with the gears and wiring.

It sounds like your window needs a new switch or motor. You can get switch directly from dealership. i would try that first, if not your window motor may need to be replaced. Switch usually is under 100.00 and very easy to install. ur switch may control other windows but driver side may be burned out.
