SOURCE: I have a GE 24991 universal remote and a Samsung

The codes that GE list for the Samsung are:
0105, 0077, 0076, 0109, 0007, 0009, 0004, 0005, 0085, 0172, 0942, 0358, 0012, 0015, 0080, 0104, 0106.

Also, here is a link to the .pdf of all the codes for the GE 24911 and all other GE four code universal remotes...

Here are the codes for your GE TV: 645, 742, 763, 531, 676, or 690.I have provided the instructions to program the DISH remote to your GE TV:AddressRemote to TV
  1. While at the device location (TV, etc), point the remote at the device. Press and hold the device button on the remote (TV, Aux, etc). - All four mode buttons should light up
  2. Enter the three-digit remote control code - The mode button (TV, Aux, etc.)you selected should light up
Ifyou are programming a code into AUX Mode, you must do the following beforeentering the device code:Press 0 for a TV (if TV code is 500, enter 0500)Press 1 for a VCR/DVD (if DVD code is 617,enter 1617) Press 2 for any other device (if device codeis 639, enter 2639)
  1. Press the Pound (#) button - The mode button you are programming should flash three times
  2. Press the large, red POWER button - The device should turn off

2. press setup (underneath on/off) till red light stays on the take finger off the button
3. press and quickly release device button (tv,vcr,etc.) the red indicator blinds off once
4. press the on/off button (up to 300 times) until the device is to be controlled turns off the red light blinks off with each button press
5. press and release enter to install code

I have a GE 24991 universal remote and a Samsung Tv. I need a list of tv codes so I can try to program it.

The codes that GE list for the Samsung are:

If its a plain tv you would use the codes:

MAGNAVOX ... 1174 0062 0004 0009
........................... 0183 1133 0226 0288
................. 0456 0008 0068 0075 0141


Instructions
1. Press and hold the SETUP
button until the red
indicator stays on, then
release the SETUP button.
2. Press and release the
desired Mode button (TV,
VCR, etc.). The red
indicator blinks, then
stays lit.
3. Enter the 4 digit code from
the code tables. Note:
after a valid code entry,
the red indicator turns off.
For an invalid code, the
red indicator flashes.
4.With your device on,
press CHANNEL UP. If
the device responds, no
further programming is
required. Note: If some
buttons do not operate
your device, try one of the
other codes for your
brand.
