DEAD NO PICTURE AND SOUND

I cant see your TV. maker nor model , of 1000s
nor can I see if HDMI cables are attached, or optical sound cables.
nor if TV has external speakers or top brand RECEIVER to them.
is it a SMART TV< with TV screen apps and all that?
no sound or picture you typed "of"
and is a key fact that, and means TV is dead if or picture is dead.

the TV needs service if it is dead,
The TV can lose sound easy if you have the sound setting wrong
but the screen dead is 10x worse if true means mostly internal power supplies are dead.
my TV makes chime tuned on did yours before?
My LG even has logo for LG, as turned on, did yours?

is hv circuit problem a power transistor to 25KV transformer maybe dead, check the HV Circuit, or 1XXV output from Mains transformer the fuse maybe dead

Replaced the LCD inverter it dead.Replaced that board u will get picture back.It usally a long board..

Don't know how I did it. Shut tv off and left it off for awhile put it it back on and picture and sound were OK. Thank you for your concern.

Audio went dead with no sound on any channel. Signal was breaking up (picture was tiling). When tiling stopped, sound went dead.

heard a pop sound -- then the set went dead -- no lights, no nothing, and then there was a slight electrical burn smell coming from the back of the set :(
