When doing diagnostics what can I do for Error code No-Fill and Slow agitate (Dry) makes a constant clicking noise?
SOURCE: Spin and Agitate problem on GE Profile Prodigy WPSE4200A
This machine uses an electric water pump. I would check to motor. Remove the front panel and operate the machine to see if the motor is working. Check this by listening to the motor and watching the belt. If you hear the motor but the belt does'nt move then there may be a problem with the pulley or motor clutch assy.
As far as not draining or pumping water ? Check the wiring from the pump to the control panel. If these wires are alright then i suspect the pump.

if basket wont spin, remove front hatch by inserting spackel knife to trip spring latch on both sides, then check the belt for wear & tear.factory length is 29.5 " time will stretch them out, resulting in broken belt.check behind control panel hatch for diagram of machine for exact location of belt also can be downloaded online.
I hope this helps.ie overloading machine will shorten belt life.
SOURCE: GE Profile Prodigy Machine not agitating
If the motor runs when it is suppose to be agitating, but the agitator does not move, pull the agitator straight up and out of the machine. Sometimes this is difficult, but you can slip a belt or similar object under the agitator, attach it to a broom handle and yank up on it. Now take the bolt out of the agitator drive collar and remove it. If you can not turn the splined transmission shaft with your fingers you are in luck and should be able to just replace the can shaped agitator drive spline. (part number WH49X10042 ) If you can turn that splined shaft with your fingers you are looking at a new transmission.

SOURCE: GE Prodigy Washing machine making clunking noise
One common problem area is the clutch assembly. The clutch is built on top of the motor, the motor drives the clutch and the clutch assembly drives the rest of the washer. The clutch gets very noisy when parts inside are worn out. The shoes lining that drives the inner drum of the clutch wear off and you will get a metal on metal sound. Clutches often can be rebuilt, but sometimes they are too worn and replacing the whole clutch is the best repair. Please use this link here for clutch replace and repair info. The belt and pump may be the next items to check for noises. How to access the washer. Clutch repair help.
