This error will generate when the printhead holder cannot move. This is usually due to a paper jam. Clear the jam (or whatever might be obstructing it) and then press "Resume". Do NOT try to move the printhead holder manually. You can open up the device and look inside. You'll prob ably find a jammed peice of paper or a paper clip or some obstacle inside jamming either the rollers or the track for the print head, or both.
