SOURCE: Canon MP730 "carrige jam" error frequently
This error will generate when the printhead holder cannot move. This is usually due to a paper jam. Clear the jam (or whatever might be obstructing it) and then press "Resume". Do NOT try to move the printhead holder manually. #334 is an eprom error, try turning it on and off to reset it, if it doesn't work there might be a problem with the main logic board.

You can open up the device and look inside. You'll prob ably find a jammed peice of paper or a paper clip or some obstacle inside jamming either the rollers or the track for the print head, or both.
