SOURCE: SanDisk Sansa E260:"synchronize to continue your music acount"(another problem, yet again)

it means that you need to synchronize your music instead of just highlighting it and pressing copy. It shows up when you have done that and it would play the song until you do what is above.

SOURCE: Sansa e260 video question...

You need to use the sansa media converter program that came with the sansa on the CD. This is used for photos and for video. The supported files are listed on the screen once you open it.

SOURCE: deleting music from sandisk sansa E260 4FB mp3 player

you can change the usb mode in the sansa player settings to MCS then connect it to the computer, in windos xp the device will be recognized automacally. go to the explorer or to my pc and you should see it there.. go to the folder music and delete what you want,, you can copy music as well.

then desconect it safely and restart the device,, It will refresh the database and that's it.

you can change the USB mode bac to MTP if you wish.

if you want to remove ALL songs from you sansa go to my computer right click the icon that refers to your sansa model and click format. this will delete all pictures, videos, voice recordings, preset radio stations, and music. this is the only way i have find to delete music permanently. before doing this make sure you have your files backed up. also you must be in MSC mode to do this.

SanDisk Sansa e260

When it comes to deleting songs, I went on the program I use to get my music on and clicked on the sansa 260 and found my playlist. I bet if you connect your sansa and look around that program, you could probably find your playlist and start deleting.
