Unfortunately it looks like that the battery has been exhausted, and can not accept any more charge. If you can locate the battery , and replace it with a new one that will solve your problem, otherwise you need to buy another one.

SOURCE: jabra bt160

The Jabra BT160 is ready to wear on your right ear. If you prefer the left, gently flip and
rotate the earhook 180°. (See fig. 2)
For optimal performance, wear the Jabra BT160 and your mobile phone on the same side
of your body or within line of sight. In general, you will get better performance when
there are no obstructions between your headset and your mobile phone. (See fig. 5)
Answer a call
Tap the answer/end button on your headset to answer a call
End a call
Tap the answer/end button to end an active call
Reject a call (Dependent on your phone supporting this feature)
Press the answer/end button when the phone rings to reject an incoming call.
Depending on your phone settings, the person who called you will either be
forwarded to your voice mail or hear a busy signal
Make a call
• When you make a call from your mobile phone, the call will (subject to phone
settings) automatically transfer to your headset
Activate voice dialing (Dependent on your phone supporting this feature)
Tap the answer/end button. For best results, record the voice-dialing tag through
your headset. Please consult your phone’s user manual for more information about
using this feature
Redial last number (Dependent on your phone supporting this feature)
Press the answer/end button
Adjust sound and volume
Press the volume up or down (+ or –) to adjust the volume (See fig. 1)
5 How to...
Before you use your Jabra BT160, you need to pair it with your mobile phone.
1. Put the headset in pairing2 mode
Make sure that the headset is on.
Press the answer/end button and press the volume up (+) button at the same time,
until a solid blue light comes on.
2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ‘discover’ the Jabra BT160
Follow your phone’s instruction guide. This usually involves going to a ‘setup,’
‘connect’ or ‘Bluetooth’ menu on your phone and selecting the option to ‘discover’
or ‘add’ a Bluetooth device.* (See example from a typical mobile phone in fig. 4)
3 Pair it with your phone
English
2 Turn on your headset
Press the answer/end button to turn on your headset
Press and hold the answer/end button to turn off your headset
Charge your headset
Make sure that your Jabra BT160 headset is fully charged before you start using it. Use
the AC adaptor to charge from a power socket. Connect your headset as shown in fig. 3.
When the LED is solid blue, your headset is charging. When the solid blue LED turns off,
it is fully charged.

SOURCE: new jabra 350 can't be charged

right out of the box i had the light flicker on me too. if you don't have warranty or receipt like i did try this. i'm not responsible if it doesn't work after!

peel off the blue part of plastic that has jabra on it. take a screwdriver and unscrew the star screws. take the cover off. using some wires, briefly connect a battery (i used a wireless drill battery) to the leads of the bluetooth battery. you'll see a spark.

now my thing is charging for the first time

SOURCE: new jabra A210 not charging

I had not used my A210 in a couple years, and when I needed it again now, I TOO GOT THIS SAME EXACT SYMPTOM: where it would light red (charging) only for 2 or 3 seconds, and then be off. Hours on the charger and no charging or difference. I tried plugging it in a few hundred times to see if it would "jump start" for the 3 seconds to add up, no luck. I WAS VERY GLAD to read MightyFrosty could change something inside and get it working. I followed his advice up to "removing the tiny circuitboard on the tiny battery and resoldering". Instead (got the case open with a razor blade, gently) I removed the amber tape that wraps the battery/circuitboard assembly and tried first "jumping" the red to the "+", nothing~ but then jumping the black to the "-" the RED LIGHT came on and STAYED ON! (but only while "jumped". Better yet after some 20 minutes of "jumpered" charging, the RED LIGHT STAYED ON even when I removed the tiny jumper~! (a tiny wire is all, bent to touch the black wire solder spot and the "-" battery lead). so IT APPEARS it CAN CHARGE PROPERLY on its own once the battery has a little juice in it! It is charging completely normally now (red light solid, no jumpers, and with no cuts or circuit removals!). I believe I can reassemble it all tomorrow and have a non-modified operational bluetooth Jabra! Thank you MightyFrosty and good luck to all!

Can't turn on ! no in structions w/ear peace. LG PHONE(chocolate) can't find ! BT150 Jabra ! I do'nt know wich buttons are what? how long it last, or when its charged ? H..E..L..P....!!!!

Go to the bleemin Jabra website! (http://www.jabra.com/Sites/Jabra/NA-US/Headsets/Pages/JabraBT150.aspx)

"When I put the charger on for the first time after purchasing and plugged it in there was just a quick blue flash but no lights came on ever."

This one is more fun. The charger that comes with the bluetooth WILL plug in 180 degrees from proper.
Symptom of reverse plug-in is usually a dull(VERY dim) blue glow and a high pitch whine. Depending on
the parts used in your production batch, one inverted plug-in could have popped something. Try rotating the plug 180 degrees, and seeing if the charging light doesn't come on(if it does, then you're good, if not, return for refund, or you're fubared)

Jabra BT150 No power

Make sure the charger is in right. If you put it on wrong you will get a faint blue light, when it is in right you will get a BRIGHT BLUE LIGHT. It WILL NOT charge if it is in wrong.
