Ilo player must be synchronized, coping and pasting files is not enough:
Start Windows Media Player and select following menus: "File.", then choose "Add to Library." then the "Add"
button. Then, look for the folder where your keep the mp3s to upload.
Plug the Ilo MP3 player into USB.
Click the "Sync" tab that you find at the top of Windows Media Player . You will find the Ilo MP3 player on the right side of Windows
Media Player. If Ilo is not ther, then right-click on Sync tab and
click "Refresh Devices."
Click
"Library" then
"Songs." on Windows Media Player . Highlight the son songs, and choose "Add to
Sync List."
Click
"Start Sync" button that will appear at the bottom right corner of Windows
Media Player. The songs will then be uploaded to the Ilo MP3 player.

Hi, When you transferr music from your PC use windows media player. It work well with these players. Make sure usb cable is securely attached. May not work well with Mac.
In Media player click on Sync tab and drag and drop files in sync list on right. Good luck
MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player. You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track. limewire is your best bet when downloading music, and when u transfer it all u have to do is open your MP3 player in my computer to where the files get saved then drag the desired songs from limewire the the file where they are saved
When you download songs, save it first on your My Music folder for you to easily track the song list. Once you have successfully downloaded the songs, insert your MP3 Player. Format your MP3 Player first by right clicking the drive and click format. Once it is formatted, Copy the songs from your My Music folder then Paste it on your MP3 Player drive.
