It looks like the drive isn't responding properly. When you press the drive button does the LED on the front light up? If so the drive is responding but the drawer not opening.
Look carefully just underneath the drawer but still on the front bezel of the drive you should see a small hole.
Straighten out a paper clip and push it into the hole, quite firmly, the drawer should pop open.
If the LED doesn't light up, then you'll have to look inside the case. Disconnect all power first, take off the cover and check the connectors on the back to make sure they are home and true, if they are, and no led then you've a drive problem. If a cable was loose, you've just repaired it...........good luck.

A circuit diagram of the mainboard cannot realistically be provided. Perhaps if you told us what you wanted to do more specific help could be given ?
