Dc07 Won't power up

There was a belt that was to be attached to the motor shaft under the belt cover, be sure that it didn't pop off. the recommended fix is to replace the clutch, not the belts in the clutch. if you only replaced the belts it could still be a bad clutch.

If it still not turning on after verifying this, it could be that the power switch is malfuntioning. You may need to replace the power switch by opening up the handle of your vacuum.
