hi something similar has started happening to our washer, after the initial wash starts the machine doesn't do anything for a while then the red door light flashes on and off very quickly as does the 1st and 3rd green wash cycle light?

If your PreWash is flashing then you have a pressure problem. You can dry using a washer machine cleaner or doing a hot cycle with white vinegar. If that doesn't help the electronic would have to be changed.

help how do i make the machine do a quick wash

Either the moter is jambed or timer is broken Disconnect power tip machine up and attempt to move belt manuallr it shouls with some resistance

1. Test the lid switch
2. Test the timer control
3. Test the centrifugal switch
4. Test the water level switch
5. Inspect the motor coupler
6. Inspect the drive belt (belt drive only)
7. Inspect under the washer for soot (clutch)
8. Test the motor
9. Inspect the pulley
10. Test the transmission

I've just tested the water pressure pipe - pulled it up so that it was straight and that seemed to do it.

hi on the model before this one the wma series the flashy pre wash light is a faulty water inlet valve these mashines are allmost identical inside so check that,first check that you have the hot/cold pipes on the right way around hope this helps

you put it on a 40 degree on the other side on the top left hand side i had the same problem for ages i couldnt help but laugh when i seen this

Mine has been doing the same ... each time it goes to the next part of the cycle the red light flashes but the machine doesn't do anything ... so up till I have been able to get the machine moving to the next stage by pressing the "Start" button ... unfortunately the machine will pause on each stage - meaning I have to press "Start" at each stage!
