I do not have an Olympus Sport manual for the cross trainer and cannot set the programs for uphill downhill modes.

I have just bought a used Olympus Sport cross trainer (OS 10212) it came with no instructions and power cable - can anyone help?
Dear Sir:

1) You must contact to the company and to download the Instruction, is easy.

2) You must ask to the person, who sold the machine by the cable.

3) If He doesnot the cable, you must get from some Hardware( is more cheapper) that if you want to buy from the company.

4)Now with your instruction manual + the cable will not have a problem, to get exercise.

Of course if the machine was not working from some time ago, maybe Will not work 100%

Mains adaptor needed for an Olympus cross trainer
an adaptor can be purchased from anywhere really, maplins for instance...I have just looked at mine and its a 9v adaptor.

sorry I cant help with the instructions as I dont have them, if I do get a copy I will gladly forward them to you
