Most likely due to moisture and condensation created by the water temperature and the room temperature. You need to dry up the bulb and its connection... or simply buy a new bulb!
Check the bulbs if the bulbs are good suspect the panel that the bulbs go into. Which are also called the sockets you may have to replace the sockets this is not an uncommon problem.
Cleanwater also has them. Clean them with rubbing alcohol, do not let your fingers touch the bulbs. And check your 24V ac adapter. If it starts going you will get a power light but the other lights will come and go. I have one and the bulbs are nearing the end of life, not a cheap fix.
