Tries tv unplug,replug it back about an hour later,by letting the tv resetting itself back to the factory setting.Now,tv is on goto tv memu to PICTURE go down reset to reset the entire tv Tuner signal board.Then goto SOUND Setting,go down to resetting.This process are resetting everythings.The tv sould have sound now.

The only way to reset it is to leave it unplugged for 24 hours. If resetting it doesn't help let it turn on, you may have to replace the power supply

Ha.....flippped a reset-type button on back of TV set...all is now fine....
