I suspect that the drain tube or hole in unit is clogged. using a 12' to 20" long plastic Zip Tie, that is small enough to fit into the tube or drain opening, will do the trick. Carefully run the Zip Tie into the opening and slowly push it in as far as you can. While turning the Zip Tie, slowly pull it back out and be prepared for water to follow it.
When you replace the water receptacle, be sure it's installed properly and activates the trigger device, that keeps the drain valve open.
Hope that helped solve your problem

Hi,
Take the bucket out and look up at the top...it is hard to find, but there is a small tab that goes over the hole where the water runs out...pull the tab down and clean out the hole, it is full of dust and/or lint...take a peice of wire or a very small screw driver and clean the hole out and you'll be good to go...
