There is a problem with your t-con board it is the one that transfer image and get the signal from the logic board if this is faulty or not receiving signal to logic board it will produce gray and white screen try to check the 5volts dc supply and the 12volts supply if you are familiar with the electronic components and have proper equipment you can do it by your self but if not you can contact a technician to do it for you and save you from stress because this problem must be done in actual testing of the unit to check the real source of the trouble.
