Tried to use other component output of your durabrand and at the same time you can use other component input in your tv just to ensure where the cause of problem came from.

You're not supposed to have the TV sound and the Bose osund on at the same time. Due to differences in digital audio processing there will be delays that sound like echo, not feedback.
If you truly have feedback, define the audio connections and exact cabling to/from all components..
i have just bought a DURABRAND SA51AR home theatre system, to go with my DURABRAND 2127N tv. and DURABRAND CG5660-M freeview set top box. i have connected all my output leads obviously the speaker ones. but my input i have only one red yellow white jack on my tv and three sets of red and white jack leads with home theatre system. cant get no sound no matter how many times iv swapped the input leads ... any idea s whats going wrong :oS :(
If the TV says AUX it might be trying to use the S-video if you have it. Try wiggling the Yellow video input while its connected... something might be lose my neices Durabrand does this. Do you have the remote still that has the GAME button on it? If not 3 digit code 189 works for Durabrands
