i had this problem with my samsung a while back same symtoms everything and after hectic research i replaced a few blown(swollen) capasitors on the power supply and bam! it worked? its worth a try hope it helps
This T.V. more than likely has a bad lamp. I don't know the model number so look up on ebay for a lamp replacement by model number after you inspect it and find it to look cloudy or exploded.
No picture, no sound and all the fuses are ok, means there are no shorted components in the circuit, more than likely the tv is not generating horizontal drive to produce and feed hv to the crt and no b+ for the audio circuit. The tv is big enough to keep and repair if you are cosidering a repair estimated around 400dlls. I think the problem would be located in the deflection board.
the picture tube (what makes the TV picture work) has blown out. Just call you nearest tv reapair shop and purchase a new one. (these are kind of expensive!)
(Also, if it's fifteen years old, i think it's time to get a new T.V. hint. hint.)
You likely have an elevtrlytic capacitor bad on the B+ line to the vertical ouput ic. If you continue to use the set like this it is likely the vertical ouput ic will fail.
