more likely a crack in the door where it mounts, did someone hit it possibly and not let you know

Assuming you installed the correct starter
& it wasn't you installing it in some old way

You will have to have the bell housing TIG
Welded, if you need the broken piece on there

door pad mus be removed. no adjustment on window, sounds like window mechanism guides could be broken/cracked.

i would check the transmission mount if it is rear will drive i believe it is but not real familiar with the car black thing on top of the cross member normally held by one bolt on the cross member and two on transmission you should look for splits or crack on the rubber part of the mount and or also broken bolts doubt is bolt though

check out the junk yard for the bumper it will be a lot cheaper and only 4 bolts on each side of bumper. sometime if the crack isnt big you can put a dab of crazy glue on the crack to keep it from spreading but it s smarter to replace the windshield

that is not a common problem for a es 300
have you checked for loose manifold or broken manifold bolts? also they will blow out a piece of gasket depending on if they are metal or paper.it depends on which side of the engine that needs replaced if it is crack.

the best thing you can do is redrill and tap oversize bols into the block
