Taking photos Only takes selfies

This model has no front camera, therefore it cannot take "Selfies". Use a tripod or similar stand with a camera app which has a self timer function.

At the bottom right corner, when you have the camera on, is a picture of a camera with some arrows. Click that and it will go to front facing camera so you can take regular pictures. To take selfies just click that camera pic again. Hope this helps.

It would help if you could furnish more info on what tablet. ...make/model/version/etc.. you have!

Maybe you should not turn tha camera toward yourself? You know... cameraas have a front and a reverse.

If you have used used some form of smart phones, you would know the procedure. I have not tried the model of your Tablet but I can point out one method for you to try.
Activate the camera and go to the menu, from there you will see a camera icon with reversing/ two direction arrows. You tap on that icon to navigate the camera to forward or reverse shooting mode.

Does your device have front facing as well as rear facing cameras? It may be that you need to open your camera app, and there should be a button to tap to change from rear facing camera to front facing camera. To take a photo of someone else you need it on front facing camera.

Open camera by clicking the camera icon on your Tablet. On the top right hand side of the screen you'll see a box like icon with arrows going on opposite sides. Hit the icon and start taking selfie's!

To delete a photo, go to your Pictures Library. Find the photos you want to delete. Then, just lightly touch the photo and swipe your finger down a little. This will select that photo, you will see a check in the upper right corner of the photo if you did it right. You can continue to select as many photos you want in this way. You will see the option to Delete at the bottom of the screen as soon as you select the first photo. To deselect the photo, just swipe it down again.

To delete a video, go to the Videos folder located on your Desktop and open it up. You can then select each video like you did for the photos. To unselect it, just touch the check mark which is on the top left corner. When you have finished selecting all the videos you want to delete, just click on the big red X on the top toolbar.

One note though - my directions are based on Windows 8.1, so make sure you have installed all your updates.
