I own a Galaxy Grand. Actually I was sending a contact via message, suddenly a pop up was shown on the screen. The pop up was about if I want to share the contact via message or what's app. I chose what's app but by mistake I did it always instead of doing it once. Can I please know how to switch it back to once because the phone is not showing the pop up again while doing so

If the other phone is a Motorola too, then there should be no problem. But if the other phone is not Motorola then you will have problems. The reason is that they both have different formats of Contacts. What you can do is copy as many (max of 250) on the SIM and then insert this SIM into the other phone and copy them there on the phone's memory. Then remove SIM from new phone and insert it back into the original phone. Delete all contacts from the SIM and copy the balance to the SIM. Remove SIM from here and insert it into the new phone and copy all contacts to the new phone's memory. The best and the fastest way to copy contacts from one phone to another where the data does not match.

Michele this is a software problem try to do full reset the device by *2767*3855# (default code is 0000 or 000000 or 00000000 or 1234), but before this make a backup, because it will delete all data.best of luck.
