Plug in your Kindle to your PC. Watch the "Kindle screen" come on, then unlock (slide unlock bar) the main window to see a notice showing your plugged in. Wait until you see the window open on your PC for the options window then click on "view files" option. When all files show on your PC screen from the Kindle, then click on "pictures" folder to open. Copy and past your pictures from your PC into this folder. You can also copy mp4 videos into your videos folder to watch movies on Kindle Fire HD and the same with your mp3 files into the music folder. Hope this works.

How can i transfer amazon prime from kindle HD 6 to my ASUS notebook?

Amazon Prime is an account with Amazon, it doesn't belong to a device as such. If you are not using the Kindle any more, download the Kindle app onto your notebook desktop, so you can read your books etc.
