My jabra BT125 bluetooth is not recognized by my Iphone 4. Is it because they are not compatible?

You simply need to hold the button down for a long time, it will flicker blue at first, don't let go of the button, and it'll turn blue for pairing.

you have to switch the bluetooth headset to pairing mode not just swithcing it on. Hold the power on button continuously even after it switches on then the light will remain on. Then you switch on the bluetooth in the mobile and start searching for bluetooth devices. You will find your bluetooth headset in the mobile. Select it and pair. Usual code will be 0000, but it might differ check with the manual which can be found online too. This will definitely solve your problem.

This is one of the mistake commonly done by many people. First you need to pair. Let me walk you through. First, the headset has to be switched to pairing mode which is done by holding the on button for a while even after the headset is switched on. Then the bluetooth headset light will remain on.
