I need HTC 620 ROM WM5 to load from boot loader screen

There is a way to do a Master Reset on MOTO Q phones that cannot access the standard Master Reset method:

1. Power off the Q
   
2. Press and Hold the Center Select Key, while powering up the phone
   or
   Press and Hold the Z & E keys, while powering up the phone
   
3. The MASTER RESET screen will appear
   
4. Press Yes
   
5. This will restore the phone to factory settings
   

hold the power button down all the way until the screen goes black. then reboot it it should solve the promblem

The phone needs to be reprogrammed / reflashed with the original software.

you need to obtain a rom image of the phones program and then place it on a storage card that fits to the phone.

Then you need to start the phone in boot loader mode to flash the program.

if you are unable to get the phone to function contact your dealer or take it to a repairer.
recovery mode Hold Home button and press power button In this mode you can open shell/flash image/perform backup etc. depending on which recovery image you have on the phone. Press CALL+MENU+POWER buttons simultaneously to exit mode.
bootloader mode Hold Camera button and press power button In this mode you can install new system image (DREAIMG.NBH) from SD card by just pressing power button again.

Well you can unlock your phone but you have to boot in the loader first and let me know the spl version. How to do that is you turn off the phone and turn back on while pressing the volume key down and it will boot you to the loader screen. On the loader screen can please let me know if you spl number is 1.42xxx.

i tried it in the past and is working.

It is in bootloader mode and there are 50% chances of it's survival. You can try flashing the phone again (use an original ROM instead of a cooked one, try 3 - 4 different ROMS), in case you are lucky the flashing would complete and your phone shall start again. In case the flashing doesnot complete and you are stuck in Bootloader mode, you will have to get it repaired by Service Center as the chances are that the ROM chip will need to be reinstalled.

i had a hard time understanding your question- but iim guessing its a software glitch.... what i did to reset mine was redownload the telstra rom from the htc site (htc.com/au/- then go support- then in dfrop down choose htc touch hd- then click download on htc toucch hd rom upgrade asia- then choose telstra settings and download- should be like 100 odd mb.... once installed connect hd to com via active sync (make sure more then 50% battery) and open up this rom update... follow installation instructions and let it run (all automatic- only for htc touch hd tesltra bought in aus) - be aware that this will wipe all stuff on the phone (not memory card) ie calendar contacts (so backup using active sync b4 update your rom) after all this turn on your phone again and it should start up like the first time u ever turned it on ie touch calibration and time/date etc (this should fix any software glitches)

but untel now my device is stock in boot loader that when i try to to update its stop in 3% and it reboot and agine in boot loader stock whith no ruu in top right display but only usb in below disply left and number of old and new rom
