Here is a link for a PDF of the Manual for WEN Products electric rotary tool. Their product is very nearly an EXACT duplicate of the no-longer-available Durabuilt electric rotary tool.

I use this manual at home for my Durabuilt product.

What type, weight and amount of compressor oil do I put in my durabuilt dp0200604

30W non detergent oil, get at least a quart, change oil as often as you would an engine oil, same hours of use. Synthetic non detergent 30W would be preferred.

Motor gets hot very quickly and the brushes are still very good

could be the bearings or the armature rubbing the field. if you had it apart make sure the electrical parts are seated fully.
