How do I set the clock???!!!

I bought a nice used truck with a Nakamichi CD-35z. No manual ... and I've tried every possible key combination I could dream up -- but no luck setting the clock. Help!

I just figured out the date and time settings on the NA 3600 Nakamichi deck.
1. Tap settings
2. the icons along the bottom has more options when you slide them to the left.
3 find the clock
4 You're welcome... ;o)

When you change a clock make sure your radio OFF. then hold the mute botton and change arrow up for HRS and down MIN.

On my cd player only fm radio station work

I have a CD-35... this works for me...

Hold the clock button down (just to the right of the LCD display) and press the channel up/down buttons (up does hours, down does minutes).

The CD player muigt be able to rescue by a reset top factory settings, mostly available in your manual, the cassette deck i think needs to be repaired.

Purchase a new battery I think there's something wrong with it. Did you check the battery's output with a multimeter?

Go to Pioneer's website and look up your model number.
Yes, you need your model number.
You should be able to find a user's manual there.

Knowing newer Pioneer's, with the power off, press and hold the function button until a menu comes up, then press to advance to clock settings.

Nakamichi cd-35z

There is adjustment for bass, mid and treble. Access this by pressing the button to the right of the volume knob. I leave mine set at +1/2, -3, +2 . I also set LOUD on which is done by holding the same button down. With these settings everything sounds pretty spot on, occasionally need to adjust the bass up/down and treble dependant upon the CD.
