I purchased two Nabi, Jr. 5-inch tablets for my grandsons, but the Nabi will now not turn on. I tried my charger and my daughter's & it still won't turn on. My daughter's charger works with the Nabi I bought for her son. What could be the problem. I only had it for about 6 months when it stopped working. What could be the problem?

Remove the rubber case of the Nabi Jr. Then press the Volume + and the Power Button. Calibrate the screen. Wait for the calibration until it is completed. But if it is still frozen, press on the power button for about 10 to 30 seconds to shut it down. Then restart the device.
I have contacted my warranty company to see if they'll fix mine: the kids have cracked the screen. Fine crack all the way around but the Nabi still works. Will see what they tell me about how they fix it. Have seen ads for the LED and another part that comprise the screen. Not sure which is the right one. One runs about $40 the other $15. (Craigslist is another alternative.)
