If you have a recent version of windows or Mac OS the usb drivers should already be primed to ID your HTC.
If not
1. go to http://www.htc.com/us/support/

SOURCE: How do I download pics
When you access the internet on any phone, and move the cursor, the arrow, to a picture the picture gets a red or some such color thin frame around it. Press enter and you get an option to download it. Say yes. the picture gets downloaded and you view the whole picture. When you go to the next, it asks you if you want to save it, say yes again. It will get saved to your phone memory in the images folder. You can then move it to any other folder.
SOURCE: I have an HTC Inspire
Ok, once you have taken the picture you can go into the "connected media"icon and choose picture. from there you can post to facebook as well as other options.
If you are going to send them via text message when you type the message choose the paperclip on the right side and scroll thru the picture you want to send.
These are two methods. If you need further help please comment and I will get back to you
SOURCE: Can i use HTC EVO 4G Smartphone on Reliance CDMA
Yes, It can be "unlocked" and you can make it work on Reliance CDMA network. I just got my phone unlocked and using it on Reliance Network. Go with a reputed dealer who could unlock it; don't try doing it by yourself. I got it done from a guy who was located in Delhi via remote access.
