I cant print from my computer to konica minolta bizhub c250

i think that your fax is not set up right, or maybe the machine is missing admin and machine e-mail address, that can cause too this problem.

Hi

I have come across this kind of problem.

Is your BizHub on the network? If yes, please switch it off completely, and take the Ethernet cable out of the BizHub.

Wait for atleast 30 seconds and reconnect the cable. Now start the printer again and see if the error message goes away.

Yes,

Remove Trasfert belt unit.

On the left handled remove one screw ( spring fixer) and remove right srew (over the belt / bar whit finger fixee).

Remove, on the left spring stoppage and metal handled.

Remove black little srew and take to hand fuse contact.

Change fuse (behind) with new identical fuse and reassembly.

It may be reset trasfert belt counter.

Hi Info39684,
It sounds like your Cyan imaging unit has gone down.
Have you thought of changing the orientation of your paper from A4 protrait to A4 landscape. If the blue line is at the bottom, changing the orientation should hide the problem. It's not going to fix it, and if you use A3 then you will see the line again. It's just an idea and you could save yourself £250 on a new unit.

SOURCE: Colour printing

Hi Alan,
Please ensure that the printer driver is set correctly.
Go to your Printer & Faxes menu, right click the C250, click printing preferences, click the Quality tab and make sure Colour is selected. Apply the changes and bingo!
The above assumes you are using Windows and a PCL driver.

KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB C250 Printed only magenta

Does the demo page do the same? Mite have image control board failure. And electrical storms on a good surge protector not a Ace hardware 19.99 special, of course nothing against Ace Hardware :). Could also be a High Voltage board failure. Meter count page OK print out.

How to conect my to the Konica Minolta Bizhub C250?

There could be any number of problems. Drivers, Network settings, ect. If you are the only one that can't print I would try and Ping the machines IP address to see if the computer can see the printer. Also check where the network cable connects to the copier and see if you are getting any communication lights blinking. If not you may have a bad cable. Check the machines job log and see if your print jobs are getting to the machine and are being deleted. If so you may have authentication turned on and dont have the code put in your print driver. You can download the user manuals and drivers from kmbs.konicaminolta.us .

Colour printing

Hi Alan,

1)The print driver has two collate buttons and you only need to uncheck the first one (which is the windows driver not the Konica Driver) or
