My unit will not work and does not show correct depth, etc. It works in simulator but not in normal. All I get is a display with a depth and bottom contour that is not actual. I changed transducers (to a new one)and there is no change. I reset defaults, no change. Is there a software fix for this? Humminbird no longer supports this product.

in 99% this problem arises because of firmware corruption.... or rest 1% hardware failure... so update firmware of your gadget ...

Hi, if it worked on another boat, either the new transducer is faulty or you may have bent a pin in the back of the sounder when you reinstalled it in your boat. Check the pins, if it still won't work retry in the other boat. If ok return your new transducer for replacement. Hope this helps regards Phil.
