we are the service agent for Timberland watches.
the issue is more to do with parts availablility as the licences has been held by three companies in the passed fifteen years.
if youcan send me a picture of the watch along with details of the fault, i can look into availability of parts etc.

You can pull the crown and set the analog time. However I am also finding it difficult to set the digital time. It seem there is no option, or its not mentioned in the manual
