Undo the popper on the shoulder harness pads and slide pad down length of harness. You will reveal a metal D ring which is where the harness is attached to the anchor point. Unhook this ring. Remove the top of the seat fabric from the sub seat (seat frame) and you will find further sets of anchor points behind the fabric. Post required anchor point through the hole it lines up with and re-attach harness, then put harness pad back into position and do up popper.
Hi, you have to remove the bumper bar and the hood, then click the toddler seat into the opening that the hood goes into, once in, you can then refit the hood but you are unable to use the bumper bar with the toddler seat in position.
This pushchair looks like mine and Iam selling the bit"s for spares as the chassis is broken ,I have a set of staps in good condition if your interested ,I am in York 01904637432.(there black in colour).
I sent an email requesting the spare parts to Bertini in Australia and they forwarded my email to Mr Fisher in Germany to help me. Mr. Thomas Fisher was very helpful in providing me the spare parts I needed for my Bertini stroller (hub caps and tire clips). He has a company and is responsible for sales and service of Bertini strollers in Germany, but he shipped the parts for me to the USA-Florida.
So you can verify that this is a legitimate business, the company's web site is: http://www.eichhorn-kinderwagen.de You can get it translated to English if you access this site from www.google.com. Or you can ask bertini in Australia for help or references at [email protected]
