Personally i would contact whoever you are attempting to fax too and see if there is another fax number you can use. I have had several occassions where this has happened and it was because domeone was actually on a phone on the fax line. Good Luck
copy one side, then take copy and put back into blank paper try and then copy other side. trial and error will tell you how to put paper in paper tray but usually printed side up, top in
