How can i solve the problem of grating noise when flushing toilet

Just replace the flush valve with another one.
Flush the water line by opening valve before attaching new flush valve

Probably a small blockage. Plunge the toilet until it flushes quietly. That, or you need more water in tge tank. You'll have to adjust the water flow. I'd say you have a small blockage though...

find water pressure regulator. it will have a bolt coming out of the top with a nut at the base of it.loosen nut. while toilet is being flushed, adjust bolt till noise stops. turn bolt clockwise to adjust.

May need to replace toilet flapper or entire flush valve. water is getting from the tank into the toilet which is causing this to happen.

Hello. I doubt that the installer would not install it properly. That said, the issue you are having makes me wonder if your bath drain plumbing is properly vented to the outdoors through the roof. Joe

Have you tried putting a pressure raducing valve before the toilet? the noise can sometimes be cursed by high pressure.

my son put a wet wipe down the toilet, now it makes a loud grinding noise when flushed

You have two issues inside of the toilet tank. The holding down the button is caused by your chain not being tight enough from the handle to the flapper. Take the slack out of that and replace the flapper. The second is that you need to replace the fill valve. This is what is making the noise when the tank is being refilled, and will have to be adjusted after it is installed.

I believe you have a problem with a leak. The pump is filling back up. See is the water is leaking out somewhere. Hopefully, you don't have a leak under the house. The water coming into the pump is going somewhere when it comes on.
