SOURCE: I bought Samsung Duos touch SCH-w299. I have

Reliance Mobile web world convinced me that I buy Samsung Duos Touch last Saturday. Lo behold, it quit working the next, every key I pressed restarted the phone. Took it back to Reliance (unreliable!!) who declined to refund or exchange phone, instead sent it to Samsung for repair. I have Vista Business and the software is "****" and unresponsive, the drivers are "screwed" and I get no where with either Reliance or Samsung in Bangalore who point fingers at each other. If this had happened in USA, both Reliance and Samsung India would be charged with liability. It is high time these companies accept corporate responsibility than protect their bottom line!! Shame on you Reliance Mobile and Samsung India.
