My watch was in the drawer for over a year and stopped working. I flashed my iphone torch directly on it for literally about 3 minutes and BRAVO it's working again.
Cons: BT is supposed to work at 30'. Could never get more than
10' away from a phone. Worse, their batteries short out & will not
hold a charge and the unit will not turn on after 6-8 months, max. I
know as I have had 6-7 units all with the same result.
Go to this site, and it will walk you through each step to connect your
particular Jabra headset with your cellphone. Choose the headset, and
then at the next page, choose your phone. Moving your mouse over each
step will change the picture to what you should be seeing on your phone
at each step. http://jabra.pairx.co.uk/ Pls come back and let us know if this solved your problem.
I don't know how long you have had the headset but it sounds like it isn't holding a charge. Contact Jabra to find out what the warranty is on the headset.
