Bosch Axxis WTL 5410 Electric... when turned on, the drum will not turn and there is no sound - is there a reset button?
Sounds like a power promblem to me check at out let for 220 volts if you have it there first turn circete breaker off then on try drier if that dont get it check for power at outlet with meter if 220 is there after unplugging drier check cord at back of drier at terminal block if all thats ok then you have a bad door switch a bad start switch or a bad thermal limiter last and rare bad drive motor

All the lights go on, but when the start button is pushed nothing happens. I tried different cycles and tried turning the dryer off then on again , retrying the start, but still nothing happens, How do you check the door latch or start button?
Electricity and all lights are on. I have replaced both 15 amp fuses and hit the red reset button. A couple of weeks ago we had to start drying using the time settings rather than the drying settings. Yesterday everything stopped rotating. Wish I had never bought this combo
