Which browser are you using Joy?
For IE, go to tools-internet options. In the box at the top, where it says ask.com, just type in google.com, then apply at the bottom.
If you can't see tools-options, then do this:
Click Start-Control Panel-Network & Internet-change homepage.
For Chrome:
Click the 3 orange bars-right hand top of page. Then click settings.
Where it says: Open a specific set of pages, click set pages.
to the right of ask.com click the x to remove it. Type in google.com then OK.

Then go to Start-control panel-uninstall a program and look for ask.com and click once and uninstall. Hope that helps!

SOURCE: I WANT GOOGLE FOR MY HOME PAGE ONLY

Many times, downloading a toolbar will automatically set your homepage whether you wanted it to or not. First, I would check to see if you have any toolbars installed (I remove all of them).

Click on Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features

If present, right-click on the Ask Toolbar and select Uninstall.

Next, return to Control Panel and open Internet Options. Under the Homepage box, enter http://google.com/ and click on the Apply button. This should solve your problem.

If the homepage continues to revert back to the other pages, you more than likely have a running application causing the browser to automatically select the scripted page. I would then recommend downloading Google Chrome or Firefox to use as a web browser. If you already use Google Chrome and the problem is happening, download again to revert the settings back to default.

How to change google to homepage

To provide a better answer, I would need to know what Operating System (Windows or Mac OS X, etc.). Typically you can change this from within the browser, within a settings area. I've provided links below for three popular browsers:

I wonder why my google home page instead of ask.com ,how can i get the google back to home page ?

It's because you changed your homepage. Go to settings on your browser and there will be a button called "change homepage" or "add homepage" something like that. Once you click that you will be asked to type the address and remove the existing one and type the one you want! In your case it's google.com

if this doesn't work maybe you have ask toolbar installed. You will have to remove it!

Make google my home page

When installing Chrome and many other programs, they slip in additional programs and change your home page. You need to look VERY carefully at the screen when installing anything.
To change your home page, go into "control panel" from the Windows logo (lower left on screen) , then "Network and internet", then "internet options". You'll see where to change the homepage. Change, apply , and OK.
