I have not been able to play words with friends because a pop up says there is a problem with it but the problem is still there. When will it be fixed?

When I am playing Words with Friends my friend plays a word and the caption off to the side says he has played but it takes a while to appear, yet others I play it is instant

If you play it a lot, it's probably worth the $1 or $2 to purchase the version that isn't free. That's how I corrected the same problem on my iPhone.
