Install coilspring hitachi framing nailgun

There is a cascade(tripler) that will have problems or may be the isolator in the high volt cable internally to the point where the spark is its a difficult job to do it must be removed try the last aid to use cold cleaning solvent the whole assembly with cable a very little change but after cleaning and blow it dry with a compressor may be a little change

You need to depress the safety; press the end of the gun up against the wood.

Hitachi sells an adjustable foot attachment that makes it easy to adjust for using your framing gun to install siding or other use where you want more control of how deep the nail sets. Do not remove the safety. Contact hitachi dealer for the accessory. Good luck

It appears that there is a small o ring that has missed you attention in reassembly and has fallen out of the groove. re do the job paying to gaskets and o rings.

Check on your paper work for the phone number of manufactuer. Give them a call and let them tell you where to get it fixed.

It might need a simple valve reset. With air connected and nails removed, hit head against rubber pad or coiled rubber hose. Hit squarely so not to damage the head. It should reset. This usually happens when orings fit tightly or lack of lubrication. Good luck

I would just take it back and have them correct the problem. There are no spring specs in any of our repair manuals.

Check to see if a nail is jambed part way in the chamber outlet, make sure to take air hose off before checking. You also may want to add some air gun oil to the inlet if you havnt done it in a while

If it's the part on the upper end of the coilspring, and it is a coilover suspension in front (meaning the shock absorber is mounted in the middle of the coilspring) then it is a called the shock top plate, and if it is a model where the shock absorver and coilspring are mounted one beside the other, then the bracket is called simply the spring seat. Although in both cases you can just ask for a spring seat for the front suspension and they will give you the right part and will know what you're talking about. If it is the part on the lower end of the coilspring, then it is called the control arm and is usually a one piece unit consisting of the control arm itself, the ball joints and the mount bushings.
