There are more than one fuse, no power at all sounds like the main fuse on the start switch.Also the key switch could need cleaning or replacing.

There is another, smaller fuse box under the dash, near the emergency brake. Locate which one is the cig lighter fuse by using the legend. There should be a fuse puller tool in the fusebox.
