Does the water fill during other cycles? How did you confirm the water inlet valve works, through the diagnostic mode or just by applying power? There's a chance it is not providing enough water pressure to trigger the pressure switch (although that would likely cause a diagnostic code).
The unit is designed to be energy efficient, so it does not have a water level switch. The control board sends a signal via the harness to fill the unit with water but only minimally. The manufacturer has recently redesigned the control board due to a number of problems, including the water level. Please have a qualified professional replace the control board?
Wash motor or wash motor hall sensor failure. Check for suds in tub. Check for syphoning or no fill conditions. Check wiring between motor and Main Control Board. If correct, replace wash motor. If error still exist, replace Main Control Board.
mattscott; My comments are based on the FAV6800A/FAV9800A. NF = No Fill.Your machine has reached a Control Board internal timer and has not seen proper signaling from the Pressure Switch for expected water fill for the wash cycle selected. Possible fail points. 1.Pressure Switch is not signaling for properly tor water fill. 2.Water inlet valve is restricted or not functioning. Please confirm your machine model number is it a FAV6800A or FAV9800A? I’m going to assume your machine model is a one of those models. Here is a link for the FAV6800A/FAV9800A Service Manual. If you can let me know how much water is in the wash basket when your Control Board triggers the no fill error “NF” to the display? I would prefer you select Quick Wash cycle with minimal machine settings for the water fill.Do you have the issue with a cold temp select fill, a warm/hot temp select fill? If you want to DIY I would suggest you become familiar with how to get in Service Mode.We may need to go to page 16 of the SM and possible check for correct Pressure Switch transitions in Board Functional Test Input Control Keys.
Ok, you will need to replace the timer/control. this device initiates the wash sequence and, if it is damaged in any way, the wash cycle may be interrupted at anytime. simply replacing the timer will fix this issue.
HI, this is a control fault. the logic chips are malfunctioning. these chips are responsible for initiating the proper washing cycle sequences. you will need to replace this damaged control board asap.
Was there ever a post back for this problem? I have the same issue, and I tried replacing the central control board, but it is still giving the F11 error. I follow the troubleshooting guidelines, but it never makes it past C01. I suppose the next logical step is to look at the motor control board and then the motor.
