Konica has a free program called PageScope Box Operator. You can download it from Konica's Web Site or it comes on the disk you should have gotten when you got the machine. Install it and from there you can pull up your scanned documents and you can create boxes. Plus it keeps everyone from accessing the printers Web Utility.

C - 5351 Is power cooling fan problem.Verify the cooling fan connectors and clean.For reset open/close the front door.

C-5102/5103 - Main motor failure.
Check the motor connector,the drive coupling or the mechanical control board and DC power supply unit.90% mechanical rpoblem.

push down, slide out, pull tapes and fixtures off new unit(s) and replace. These IU's have chips in them to keep track of life. Another option instead of replacing the unit is to buy just the chip and replace it on the old image unit. This depends on the condition of the existing unit(s).

it is the unit that fuses the toner onto the paper so it dosnt rub off its in the side of the machine usually with orange rollers be careful it gets very hot

If you examine the fuse closely, the amp and voltage rating is stamped on the end caps of the fuse.
