My motherboard is Manli geforce 6100 value and i am instaled Vga card Zotac Nvidia 9500 GT with processor AMD Athlon 5200 x2, ram corsair 2Gb dual chanel, PSU extreme 450. my problem: My PC performance is...

I would back off the 9500 GT and get the onboard video working first.

I would also suggest that you don't have a good enough PSU for that 9500 card, Corsair memory, and the and the AMD 64 x2 5200.

That could account for the slowing down and occasional blank out. The Extreme 450 is much better suited for a milder, stock system.

For that system I would suggest a GOOD PSU at least 650 and preferably 700 to 750.
