The error is a communication error between the main board and the User Interface Board. Check the cable and reseat.

You must contact your Mitel phone system administrator. This is a complex question that could have many answers. This is not a 5330 phone question.

I have left you a attached link for service and trouble shooting information. However, I have not been able to find your fault code 116-365.
If the unit is listing a Bearing fault code, you may have to have unit serviced. See attached link below
